Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup, September 26th, 10am

Join us for a morning of fresh air, fellowship, and caring for our community! We’ll meet at the church at 10am and then head out in small groups to pick up trash along M-120. Each group will cover about one mile.

Bags and trash “grabbers” will be provided. Just dress for the weather and come ready to lend a hand!

National Youth Gathering Planning Meeting, Sunday September 20th, 6:30pm

Any youth interested in attending the National Youth Gathering in Minneapolis in June 2027 should plan to attend with their parent. Registration will happen in October.

Chihuly Glass Exhibit, Thursday, September 24th, 10:30am

Join us for a day trip to Frederik Meijer Gardens in Grand Rapids to experience the Chihuly Glass Exhibit! We’ll leave First Lutheran at 10:30am, with the option to ride the bus or drive separately.

Cost: $19 admission + $8 private tram tour ($27 total). An additional indoor tour is available for $9. Lunch may be purchased at the Garden Café, or you may bring your own.

Please sign up at church and indicate the number in your party, transportation plans, lunch preference, and tour choices. A minimum charge will apply for those riding the bus.
