2027 National Youth Gathering

It's time to start planning for the 2027 National Youth Gathering, June 28–July 2 in Minneapolis! An informational meeting will be held in August, with registration in October. Youth interested in attending, along with potential adult chaperones, should watch for the meeting announcement and plan to attend.

Adopt-A-Highway Cleanup, July 11th, 9am

Join us as we care for our community by participating in our Adopt-a-Highway cleanup along M-120. Volunteers will work in small groups to pick up litter along approximately one mile of roadway. Our next cleanup is scheduled for Saturday, July 11, beginning at 9:00 a.m. We will meet at the church before heading out. Trash bags and safety vests will be provided, and several grabber tools will be available for those who prefer to minimize bending. Please bring work gloves and dress appropriately for the weather, including a hat, sunscreen, and other outdoor essentials. Volunteers ages 12 and older are welcome to participate. Bible on the Beach, Sunday, July 12th, 7pm

This event is for middle school and high school youth. Join us at Duck Lake State Park for some time of faith, fellowship and fun. We'll meet on the Lake Michigan side beach. Contact Jeff or Laura Lucht with any questions.

August 5th 2026

August 5 – Steeple Hill Band

Join us for an evening of live music with Steeple Hill Band on Tuesday, August 5, at 7:00 p.m. at Walker Park. Bring a chair or blanket, relax, and enjoy great music, food, and fellowship. Hot dogs and refreshments will be available for a freewill donation, provided by the Fellowship and Youth Ministries of First Lutheran.
