First Lutheran Triathlon, August 10th, 12:30-3:30pm

All are welcome to sign up and compete in our mini triathlon! 1/4-mile swim, 11-mile bike, and 2-mile run. The event this year will take place at the Besteman residence (1671 Mulder Drive, Muskegon, MI 49445). You are welcome to compete in the triathlon as an individual or as a team. There are sign-up sheets at the Information Stations.

This year we are also offering a triathlon competition for kids! We have three levels to choose from:

· Single: 25m swim, 400m bike, 100m run 

· Double: 50m swim, 800m bike, 200m run 

· Super: 100m swim, 1 mile bike, 400m run 

Swim (use a kick board, a life jacket, a pool noodle, a floatie, or just walk through the water!) 

Bike (bike, trike, scooter, rollerblade—anything on wheels!) 

Run (run, walk, skip, hop!)
