February 25: Mental Health Matters: Worry, Warning Systems, and Wise Parenting (therapist Amber Hammond)

March 4: Mental Health Matters: Raising Resilient Kids (Kelley Peel)

March 11: St. Patrick’s Dinner with entertainment from the Mona Shores Fiddlers

March 18: Mental Health Matters: Understanding Mental Illness (Stella Dial)

March 25: Mental Health Matters: Anxiety and Post-traumatic Stress

A book group discussing "Breathing Under Water" by Richard Rohr. This group will meet on Wednesdays at 6:10pm from February 25th through March 25th. Participants responsible for purchasing their own book (can be purchased here)
